Terms and Conditions of the Global Certification Body Sp. z o.o. Website Based in Warsaw
§ 1 General Provisions
1. Global Certification Body Sp. z o.o., ul. Królewska 18, 00-103 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001054966, REGON 525665948, NIP 7011152119, represented by Adam Sobantka – President of the Management Board, being the data controller, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Administrator,” establishes these Terms and Conditions of the Company’s website, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms.”
These Terms define the rules of operation of the website https://gcbcert.com/
, hereinafter referred to as the “Website,” and the conditions for the provision of services referred to in § 3 (1), hereinafter referred to as the “Services,” made available through the Website.
The term “User” refers to any person using the Website.
The Terms are made available free of charge on the website https://gcbcert.com/
in a form that allows Users to download, reproduce, store, and print the document using their IT system. Every Website User may review its content.
§ 2 Conditions of Use
1. By using the Website, the User accepts these Terms. The use of the Website ends automatically when the User leaves the Website or ceases to use the Services provided through it.
Each User of the Website is obliged to use the Services lawfully, in accordance with these Terms, the nature of the Service, and general principles of social coexistence and good practice. In particular, the User shall:
a) refrain from any actions that may hinder the use of the Website,
b) refrain from posting content considered indecent, unlawful, or infringing on the personal or property rights of others,
c) refrain from actions violating the law, good customs, or the rights of others, including impersonating another person or using another person’s data as their own.
It is forbidden to send to the Company any illegal, offensive, misleading, or virus-containing content that may cause system disruption or damage. If such content is sent, the Company may block the User’s access to the Services and seek compensation through legal action.
The Company is not responsible for the content of private messages sent to it by Users via the Website.
The Website must not be used to distribute offers or advertisements for goods and services.
§ 3 Type and Scope of Services Provided
1. Through the Website, the Company enables Users to:
a) access information available on the Website,
b) send a contact form or application form related to the Company’s services or recruitment processes.
The Services referred to in paragraph 1 are provided free of charge.
The Service referred to in paragraph 1(a) is provided upon entering the Website address into the User’s browser. The use of this Service is anonymous.
The Service referred to in paragraph 1(b) is provided upon completion of the online form made available on the Website, including the User’s consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of delivering the Service. Consent is given by ticking the checkbox next to the relevant clause and clicking “Send.” Responses will be provided to the email address or phone number indicated by the User. Until the form is completed, the User remains anonymous.
§ 4 Personal Data Protection
1. The data controller for personal data provided by Users in connection with the Services is Global Certification Body Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw.

The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of data protection as required by law, in particular to prevent destruction, loss, or unauthorized access or modification of personal data.
§ 5 Technical Requirements
1. The technical requirement for using the Website Services is access to the Internet.
Users should use antivirus software and firewalls when accessing the Company’s websites and keep them regularly updated.

§ 6 Final Provisions
1. The Website may contain materials protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrighted works and trademarks. Users are required to comply with intellectual property laws.

In matters not regulated herein, generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on July 15, 2024.
