Importers and distributors of cosmetics into the EU market are obliged to ensure that each cosmetic product they place on the market has been produced in accordance with ISO 22716 guidelines.
Additionally, a quality management system based on ISO 22716 can be successfully integrated with the ISO 9001 standard.
